Beatrix Halimi




Born in 1968, mother of 3 children. Married for 28 years.

In 1995 I started making various spices and marinades with my husband Baki, mainly for friends and acquaintances. The recipes that my husband developed thanks to his experience as a butcher were well received and over time I started to produce more and more myself.


With the increasing demand, I finally got the idea to offer the products in retail stores so that even more people can enjoy this pleasure.


We have great fun making our own products and making our hobby a real activity.


Hygienically perfect production and the highest quality are essential for us. That is why we have had our production inspected and confirmed by the St. Gallen health office.
